As a volleyball mom of two girls, we are constantly on the go and looking for healthy ways to feed to family without breaking the bank or bringing a full-sized refrigerator along everywhere we go! Our volleyball team family does some amazing meal planning for our group at every tournament, so we typically have an amazing spread of food. For the last couple of years, I have volunteered to bring vegetables to every tournament. I am on a mission to make vegetables and healthy snacks highly sought after! 🙂
Healthy snacks that can be taken on the road are not necessarily difficult, but not bringing the same thing over and over is difficult! As the official Veggie Mom, I am making it my purpose to find unique and fun veggie snacks for the team and their families, and I am going to share with you.
